Thank you for shopping with EuroCore.

All orders are produced and fulfilled through our fulfillment partner, Printful. After you place an order, your item is prepared, packed, and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Order processing

Orders begin processing after payment is successfully completed. Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and fulfillment volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Shipping destinations

We mainly ship to customers in Europe, including European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and selected non-EU European countries.

Available shipping destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship there.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping prices may vary depending on your location, product type, and order size.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may happen because of customs, postal delays, courier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

EuroCore is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unpaid import fees.

Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at support@weareuro.com. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@weareuro.com with your order number. We will review the issue and help where possible.

Local pickup and local delivery

We do not currently offer local pickup or local delivery.
